Meet The Teacher!
My name is Jenn Bacon and I am thrilled to now be a part of the North Elementary school community and to be standing in for Mrs. DiMarzio through her leave! I have been a teacher for the past fifteen years with the last twelve spent teaching at a private school in Bridgewater. I spent this fall teaching kindergarten at South Elementary and I have spent the last month teaching Health here at North. Outside of school, I am working on completing my masters degree (nearly done) and I am a mom for the little munchkin seen below. He is the three-year-old love of my life, Zackery! I live with him and his amazing dad in Middleboro.
I truly believe that these early years in education (from Pre-K through 2nd grade) are so very key. While breakfast is the most important meal and it gives you what you need to get through the rest of your day, I feel these early years of school give you what you need to get through the rest of your educational career and beyond. So, bring on the Bacon!!! We have tons of fun-filled learning ahead and I am very excited to be your child's teacher for the remainder of this year! Be sure to check back here often for tons of "Bacon Bits" including things that are happening in our room, notices, and much, much more. See you soon!
